Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We primarily ship from Canberra, but depending on the product, orders may also be shipped from Sydney, Melbourne, or internationally.

Order Processing Times
We are committed to fulfilling all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, during high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended.

• For local delivery, orders are typically delivered on the same business day.
• For in-store pickup, orders are usually ready within 1 hour.

Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to customers in Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to any other countries outside of these two regions.

Pre-order Items
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping time is typically 2 weeks, though this may vary based on the specific product. The expected shipping time for pre-orders will be indicated in the product listing on our store.

Our primary shipping carrier for online orders is AusPost. Occasionally, we may also use the following carriers: MyTeamGE, FASTHORSE, and imile.

Delivery Responsibility

• If a package is lost during transit, we will either resend the order free of charge or offer a full refund to the customer.
• If a package is damaged during transit, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
• If the customer redirects the package during transit and it becomes lost or damaged, we are not responsible.
• If the package is lost after delivery (e.g., "leave in a safe place" requests, misdelivered to the wrong address, or lost after delivery to a post office or parcel locker, or incorrect address lost), we can assist the customer in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
