    Additionally, due to the rapidly changing market prices for Pop Mart products, we will do our best to minimize price fluctuations and always offer the most competitive prices.

  2. Preorder Option: We are excited to introduce a preorder option for selected Pop Mart products. Here are the preorder rules:

    • Quantity Limit: Each product is limited to one per person until your order is fulfilled. After that, you may purchase a second item.
    • Uncertain Shipping Time: Items on the "Pre-order" page may ship within a week, a month, or even longer.
    • Cancellation Policy: Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. Simply send a cancellation request to orders@valorhype.com.au, and your order will be canceled within 24 hours, with a refund processed within 1-3 business days.
    • Non-cancellation Condition: Once you receive an email confirming that your pre-order has been fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled and will be shipped within 1-3 days.
    • Purchase Requirement: Please do not purchase pre-order items together with regular items. If you purchase multiple pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
    • Target Audience: Suitable for those who are not in a hurry to receive the product and want to get it at the best possible price.
